Kaiser offers multiple digital and phone-based tools to support members during their travels:

• Digital ID Card: Ensure you have immediate access to your member information by downloading the Kaiser Permanente app. Sign in with your kp.org account to activate your digital ID card before you depart.

• KP Travel Website: Visit kp.org/travel to get detailed information and answers to common questions regarding care before, during, or after your trip.

• Away from Home Travel Line: For personalized assistance anytime, call (951) 268-3900. This line helps members understand how to get care away from home, regardless of their destination.
